Applied Environmental Solutions has been involved in many client projects. AES projects range in size from a few acres to entire watersheds.

AES and its personnel have been involved in numerous natural resource property assessments and environmental planning studies pursuant to the Clean Water Act (CWA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Endangered Species Act, and other related federal and state laws, regulations, and programs.  AES conducts, on average, 60 assessments per year for property transactions.  The assessments are conducted during property transactions to identify recognized environmental issues.  AES’s recent assessments involving large tracts of mostly undeveloped lands included a 430-acre parcel being considered for a hospital, a 600-acre tract being developed near Branson into an upscale golfing community.
